Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your service, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or discount. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These will be discussed when contacting our company by email at @.

12-Hour Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:

Auto Detail Factory has a 12 hour cancellation policy / rescheduling policy. If for any reason you are unable to hold your appointment, Auto Detail Factory requires a 12-hour cancellation / rescheduling notice. A 12-hour cancellation / rescheduling notice is required because we not only lose your business but the business of potential customers who could have booked an appointment during your appointment slot.
