What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Any Card with tap to pay, Cash, Checks, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and Apple Cash payments.

What if the weather is bad?

In case of severe rain, we may setup a pop up canopy if their is enough room. You may also choose to cancel or reschedule your detail.

How long will the detail take?

Auto Details may take between 2-4 hours to complete, With Paint Corrections and Ceramic Coatings taking up to 8-10 hours to complete.

Should I leave a tip?

Tips are highly appreciated but are not required. A common guideline is to tip 10-15% of the total service cost if the service meets your expectations.

What can I expect from this detail?

Our standard for every vehicle is to provide the best service we can given the amount of time we are given. Details that are considered maintenance details can expect brand new car feeling with little to no noticeable stains or marks. Older vehicles with more stains, scratches, and damages of course cant be held to that same standard, but will still be given the same treatment in the hopes of creating a much more satisfying and clean driving experience. We are unable to get rid of scratches or deep stains on plastics of a car, but we can still guarantee a clean and clear vehicle, with no odors and no visible dirt or grime!

Can I change or cancel my detail?

As we aim to complete orders as fast as possible, please request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of scheduling.

What if I don't receive my Detail?

If your service cannot be completed the scheduled day, you will be able to reschedule by getting in contact with us at braiden@puregreenpdx.org

What if I am not satisfied with my detail?

What if my vehicle is still dirty, scratched, or damaged?

Please contact us if your vehicle is scratched, damaged, and/or still has large amounts of visible dirt. Please include your phone number, photographs of the damage(s) and all related references upon receiving your detail. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
